The litigation team needed to prepare for trial, which meant identifying every key admission, contradiction, and piece of testimony supporting their theory of the case. Manually, this work would take a paralegal team weeks. An AI deposition summarizer processed all 47 transcripts in under two hours, producing structured summaries organized by topic, witness, and relevance to key case issues. Most importantly, the AI identified 14 instances where witnesses contradicted their own prior testimony, impeachment material that might have been missed across thousands of pages. The lead attorney reported that AI-assisted deposition review saved approximately 200 billable hours while producing more thorough analysis than manual review typically achieves.
